HIVED, the UK’s leading all-electric parcel delivery company, has ordered 11 Mercedes-Benz eActros trucks to further scale its end-to-end electric delivery network. The purchase includes nine eActros 600 and two eActros 400 models, supporting HIVED’s middle-mile operations across the country. This move strengthens the company’s position as the only delivery service operating a fully electric fleet across both middle and final-mile logistics.

- Fleet Expansion: HIVED has ordered nine eActros 600 and two eActros 400 from Mercedes-Benz Dealer partner, Motus Truck & Van.
- Range & Performance: The eActros 600 features over 600 kWh of battery capacity, providing a range of at least 500 km (310 miles) on a single charge.
- Advanced Charging Infrastructure: HIVED will install megawatt chargers at hubs in West London, the Midlands, and Manchester, allowing the eActros 600 to charge from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes.
- Sustainability Commitment: HIVED remains the first company to operate a fully electric delivery network across both middle and final mile logistics, redefining modern parcel delivery.

Mercedes-Benz Trucks executives praised HIVED’s rapid growth and commitment to sustainable logistics, noting that the company serves as a model for how the industry can transition to electric fleets. HIVED’s investment in high-powered charging infrastructure aims to close the gap between diesel and electric heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), ensuring efficiency while maintaining zero emissions.
