Farizon has selected Europcar Mobility Group UK to run a vehicle replacement service for its UK customers, with a replacement Farizon SV delivered within two days if a customer’s van cannot be repaired at the roadside. Coverage runs for the length of the warranty — four years or 120,000 miles on the SV, five years or 120,000 miles on the V7E. The arrangement sits alongside the four years of free roadside assistance from the AA included with Farizon vans and next-day parts supply through DHL.

How Does the Replacement Service Work?
Europcar’s Delivery & Collection service anchors the arrangement, removing the need for customers to visit a branch at the start or end of a loan. The company is holding an initial fleet of ten Farizon SV L1H1 vans at key locations around the UK so replacements can be dispatched to a driver’s location rather than staged from a central depot.
Charging readiness is handled through Europcar’s own network, more than 70% of which is equipped with EV charging. Vehicles are supplied with at least an 80% charge at the start of a loan, measured as the vehicles leave the branch — the charge available on arrival is reduced by whatever the delivery distance consumes.
Coverage extends to both the SV and the V7E, with an SV supplied as the replacement vehicle in either case.

The SV uses drive-by-wire technology and cell-to-pack battery packaging. Farizon states the following figures for the model:
