The flat floor design allows for six- or seven-seat configurations, while Relaxation Seats provide comfort during long trips or while charging. Unique features like the Swiveling Seats in the second row create a dynamic space where passengers in the second and third rows can interact comfortably when the vehicle is stationary.

In terms of design, Hyundai’s ‘Aerosthetic’ exterior delivers an elegant and futuristic appearance. The smooth, curved roofline and streamlined elements reduce drag, achieving an impressive drag coefficient of just 0.259 Cd. Exterior elements include Parametric Pixel lamps and an intelligent front-lighting system, designed to enhance safety while maintaining a sophisticated look.

The IONIQ 9 is built on Hyundai’s E-GMP architecture, which enhances both performance and efficiency. For power and performance, the IONIQ 9 features multiple motor configurations, including a 160 kW rear motor for the Long-Range RWD model, while the Performance AWD model features dual 160 kW motors.
