Kia has released teaser images and video of the PV7, the second dedicated model in its all-electric Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) lineup, ahead of a world premiere at IAA Transportation in Hanover, Germany, on September 14, 2026. - PV5 Cargo L1/H1 — the compact cargo configuration
- PV5 Chassis — the chassis cab for third-party conversion
- PV5 Passenger 7-seat — the seven-seat passenger variant
- PV5 WAV — the Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle
- PV5 Food Truck — a converted mobile vending body

How Does the PV5 Design Target Operating Costs?
Kia reports that the PV5 was designed from the ground up as an electric commercial vehicle, with usability and efficiency in real operating conditions as the priority. The company points to a tight turning radius for urban work, a low cargo loading height intended to reduce operator strain, and a modular body architecture meant to simplify repairs.
