LAND Moto Launches District ADV Electric Dual-Sport

LAND Moto debuts the District ADV, a 240-pound electric dual-sport motorcycle featuring 345 Nm torque, 9 inches ground clearance, and tubeless X Spoke wheels, priced from $11,200.

Cleveland-based LAND Moto has unveiled the District ADV, marking the company’s entry into the adventure motorcycle segment. The street-legal dual-sport machine weighs 240 pounds and features an all-new electric powertrain, long-travel suspension, and tubeless lace-spoke wheels designed for both on-road and off-road use.

Highlights

  • New Enduro Evolution drivetrain delivers 345 Nm of torque with integrated gear reduction, regenerative braking, and reverse functionality
  • Off-road-ready chassis provides 7.5 inches of front suspension travel, 4 inches rear travel, and 9 inches of ground clearance
  • Limited Ascent Edition (30 units) features forged-carbon bodywork, gold anodized wheels, and 13% torque boost at $12,700 MSRP
  • Standard model priced at $11,200 with Q2 2026 delivery; pre-orders open now with $100 deposit

Enduro Evolution Powertrain

The District ADV debuts LAND’s redesigned Enduro Evolution drivetrain, featuring an internal permanent magnet motor with integrated gear reduction box. The system produces 345 Nm of torque, which LAND describes as its most aggressive motor to date.

New motor controls improve efficiency across the entire operating range. The drivetrain now integrates regenerative braking and reverse functionality. For reference, the 2025-specification District powertrain produces 23 horsepower and 230 ft-lbs of torque, with up to 120 miles of city range using the optional 5.5 kWh LAND Energy Core battery pack.

X Spoke Tubeless Wheel Design

LAND developed proprietary X Spoke wheels using crossover spokes that do not protrude into the tire cavity. This design eliminates the need for tubes, seals, tape, or adhesives required by conventional spoked wheels.

The flexible, multi-point spoke design absorbs impacts through controlled deflection rather than rigid resistance. This prevents the catastrophic failures possible with cast aluminum wheels while enabling individual spoke replacement for field repairs.

Suspension and Ground Clearance

Fully adjustable forks and rear coil-over shocks deliver 7.5 inches of front travel and 4 inches at the rear. The chassis provides 9 inches of ground clearance, a 3-inch increase over the standard District, resulting in a 36-inch static seat height.

An aluminum bash guard protects the chassis from rocks, logs, and uneven terrain. The elevated riding position improves forward visibility for obstacle identification.

Bodywork and Electronics

The Gust Buster adventure fairing and windshield provide protection against wind, rain, debris, and trail hazards. LAND’s High Viz lighting system features brighter output and wider beam patterns for improved visibility.

A full-color TFT dashboard replaces the previous display, providing battery state of charge, speed, and system status information with improved clarity and contrast in varying light conditions.

Ascent Edition Specifications

LAND will produce 30 Ascent Edition models featuring forged-carbon Aeromax bodywork and gold anodized X Spoke wheels. These units receive the Super District tune, delivering a 13% increase in maximum torque along with revised throttle mapping and more aggressive regenerative braking.

Ascent Edition models ship Q1 2026 at $12,700 MSRP with a $500 deposit required. Standard production models follow in Q2 2026 at $11,200 MSRP with a $100 deposit.
