The Mazda6e’s Welcome Mode activates as the driver approaches, unfolding mirrors, presenting door handles, and illuminating a distinctive light signature. The driver’s seat adjusts for easy entry, returning to its preset position once inside. This sequence reverses upon exit, showcasing Mazda’s attention to detail. The Smart Cockpit minimizes distractions with a head-up display projecting critical data like speed and navigation prompts at a 7.5-meter focus distance, customizable in Minimal, Classic, Custom, or Snow modes. A 10.2-inch digital meter provides essential vehicle information, while the 14.6-inch touchscreen offers a smartphone-like interface for entertainment and settings.
Enhanced User Experience
The Mazda6e supports voice recognition in nine European languages for hands-free control of navigation, audio, and climate settings. Gesture controls provide a quiet alternative for managing calls or audio. The navigation system optimizes EV travel by suggesting charging stations along routes. Six Vehicle Modes—including Leaving, Rest, and Car Wash—adjust settings for specific scenarios, enhancing convenience. The Mazda6e App allows remote management of charging, cabin preconditioning, and access sharing with up to three users.
Premium Audio and Efficiency
A 14-speaker Sony audio system, including an exterior speaker, delivers immersive sound. The Mazda6e, available in 258 PS and 245 PS Long Range variants, boasts zero CO2 emissions and energy consumption of approximately 16.5–16.6 kWh/100 km.
