EVE Energy, a global leader in lithium battery solutions, recently hosted its inaugural Commercial Vehicle Battery Technology Day in Huizhou, China. The event marked the launch of eight innovative Open Source Battery products designed to power a wide range of commercial vehicles, including vans, trucks, buses, and construction machinery. With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, these batteries aim to transform commercial transportation by addressing industry challenges and enhancing profitability. The event also highlighted a strategic partnership with Conch Venture to advance a greener, low-carbon future.

The new battery series caters to various commercial needs. For vans, the LF125P 41.86-kWh battery achieves a 20% to 80% charge in 18 minutes with a natural cooling system, offering an eight-year or 600,000-kilometer warranty. Light trucks benefit from the M254 160-kWh battery, which provides a 400-kilometer range and operates efficiently at minus 20 degrees Celsius. Heavy trucks feature CTB technology, with the LF230P 453-kWh battery supporting ultra-fast charging and the LM284 851-kWh battery delivering a 700-kilometer range.

Buses are equipped with the LF324S 43.8-kWh battery, boasting a 10-year or 1 million-kilometer warranty, while the LF628 350-kWh battery for loaders offers a 6,000-charge cycle life. These products incorporate five foundational technologies, including an LMX chemical system for enhanced power retention, minimalist design for efficiency, and third-generation 3D liquid cooling to extend battery life by 20%. Safety features exceed China’s national standards, and AI-powered operations provide precise fault warnings and reduce energy use by 10%.

The event featured joint exhibitions with industry giants like Huawei and Sany, showcasing cutting-edge technology. EVE Energy’s Open Source Batteries position the company as a leader in sustainable commercial transportation.
