In Singapore, NIO partners with Wearnes Automotive, a luxury automotive retailer established in 1906, known for representing premium brands across the Asia-Pacific. Starting in 2026, they will introduce the firefly, a small, smart, high-end electric vehicle, marking NIO’s first right-hand drive model tailored for the Singapore market.

In Costa Rica, NIO collaborates with Horizontes Cielo Azul Movilidad, the country’s largest electric vehicle distributor. This partnership marks NIO’s entry into the Americas, leveraging Horizontes’ expertise in building Chinese automotive brands into market leaders. Models like the NIO EL8, EL6, ET5 Touring, ONVO L60, and firefly will be offered.
