Nissan has introduced the sixth-generation MICRA, a fully electric vehicle set to launch in Europe later this year. This compact car blends style, efficiency, and advanced technology, marking a bold step into the electric age while staying true to its legacy as an iconic urban vehicle.

Key Highlights:

  • Fully Electric Powertrain: Offers 40kWh or 52kWh battery options with a range of up to 408 km.
  • Quick Charging: Charges from 15% to 80% in just 30 minutes.
  • European Design: Crafted for European drivers with a striking, SUV-like look.
  • Advanced Connectivity: Features NissanConnect with Google built-in services.
  • Safety First: Includes ProPilot assist and advanced driver aids.

The new MICRA stands out with its refreshed exterior, blending a premium finish with an SUV-inspired design. It rolls on 18-inch wheels and offers 14 color combinations, including two-tone options, for a personalized touch. Inside, the cabin is elegantly simple, with hints of Japanese heritage—like a subtle Mount Fuji outline in the storage area. Drivers will enjoy a 10.1-inch configurable display and a central touchscreen for seamless navigation and entertainment.

With battery choices of 40kWh or 52kWh, the MICRA delivers a range of up to 408 km, perfect for city commutes or weekend getaways. Its 100kW DC charger (or 80kW for the smaller battery) ensures quick recharges, while its lightweight build and low battery placement enhance handling and agility. The electric motor’s instant torque adds a responsive kick to every drive.

Tech-savvy drivers will love NissanConnect, which integrates Google services and a handy app for remote battery monitoring and car control. Safety is top-notch, too, with ProPilot assist and a suite of driver assistance systems. At under 4 meters long, this five-door compact offers 326 liters of trunk space, outshining many rivals.

The all-new Nissan MICRA EV promises to electrify European roads with its blend of style, performance, and innovation when it arrives later this year.
