Polestar has appointed Philipp Römers as its new Head of Design. Römers, who has over 25 years of experience in automotive design, joins Polestar from AUDI AG, where he held key roles, including Head of Exterior Design. He succeeds Maximilian Missoni, who is moving on after six years at Polestar to pursue a new opportunity.

Thomas Ingenlath, Polestar CEO, thanked Missoni for his contributions, saying, “Max established the innovative design standards that combine aesthetics, luxury, and performance in a way that is truly Polestar. We wish him all the best in the future.”
Ingenlath also welcomed Römers: “Philipp’s modern approach to automotive design and experience from the luxury, performance segment will really support us as we take the next step in developing our model line-up.”
