Renault has unveiled updates to its Scenic E-Tech Electric and Megane E-Tech Electric models, offering a streamlined lineup with sporty new trims, advanced driving features, and reduced starting prices. These enhancements position the electric vehicles as attractive options for buyers seeking performance, convenience, and affordability in the EV market.

The updated Megane E-Tech Electric and Scenic E-Tech Electric now feature three trims: techno, techno esprit Alpine, and iconic esprit Alpine. The esprit Alpine trims, inspired by the Alpine brand, add a dynamic flair with 20-inch alloy wheels, Ice Black logos, and unique badging. The Megane esprit Alpine models include a Matte Shadow Grey F1 blade and rear diffuser, while both EVs sport gloss black window trim. Inside, these trims offer ergonomic seats with six-way electric adjustment, lumbar support, and a massage function, upholstered in recycled materials with blue stitching. All paint options are now free, boosting value.
The Scenic esprit Alpine models feature a face ID system that adjusts the driver’s seat and profile automatically. Both vehicles benefit from an upgraded rear-view camera. The One Pedal driving system enhances efficiency by allowing the vehicle to stop without braking, using regenerative energy to extend range. Drivers can tweak this via steering wheel paddles.
A Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) adaptor is now standard, letting owners power 230V devices like laptops from the battery. Soon, Plug & Charge will simplify charging by auto-authorizing payment at compatible stations via the Mobilize Charge Pass.
Pricing starts at £32,495 for the Megane E-Tech Electric and £37,195 for the Scenic E-Tech Electric, with orders opening by late April.
