In the Presence of Distinguished Guests, Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group, and Thierry Charvet, Chief Industry & Quality Officer, shared their vision with Bruno Le Maire and Édouard Philippe, highlighting the strategic importance of the Sandouville site and its role in Renault’s broader industrial ecosystem in France. A Comprehensive Recruitment and Training Plan is in place to bolster the workforce, adding 550 positions to the existing pool of talent. This effort complements over 21,400 hours of training allocated for 2023, ensuring the team is primed for the challenges ahead.

The adoption of the Sandouville Plant Connect digital ecosystem and a revamped manufacturing process exemplify Renault’s drive towards efficiency and environmental stewardship.
