Based in Montvale, NJ, Haygood steps into the role with over 20 years of leadership experience, poised to advance S44 Energy’s mission of scaling electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure through innovative, open-source solutions. Her appointment marks a pivotal moment as the company prepares to launch its groundbreaking Open-as-a-Service (OaaS) platform, designed to revolutionize EV charging network deployment.

Haygood’s journey with S44 spans five years, during which she transformed the company into a global leader in EV and mobility software. As Chief Growth Marketing Officer, she drove the development of CitrineOS, now part of Linux Foundation Energy, and expanded S44’s presence in international markets. In 2024, she bolstered S44 Energy’s professional services and oversaw a new product developed in stealth. The forthcoming OaaS platform promises unmatched flexibility and transparency, enabling charge point operators (CPOs) to deploy reliable, future-proof networks.
