Vanderhall Santarosa Launch Edition Limited to 50 Units

Vanderhall has introduced the Santarosa Launch Edition, a 50-vehicle limited run of its all-electric autocycle priced at $54,950, with carbon fiber trim, a 40 kWh battery and fourth-quarter 2026 deliveries.

Vanderhall has introduced the Santarosa Launch Edition, a run of 50 individually numbered vehicles carrying an MSRP of $54,950. The Provo, Utah-based manufacturer says the Launch Edition is the first opportunity for customers to buy its newest electric autocycle, with initial customer deliveries expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The package builds on the all-electric Santarosa with a carbon fiber appearance group, numbered badging and a 40 kWh battery.

Highlights

  • Production capped at 50 vehicles, each carrying individually numbered Launch Edition badging
  • MSRP of $54,950, with first customer deliveries expected in the fourth quarter of 2026
  • 40 kWh battery and a Launch Edition specialty options package built around carbon fiber trim
  • Phased reservations, with public availability expected by the end of August 2026

What the Launch Edition Adds

Vanderhall lists the following content for the Launch Edition:

  • Numbered badging identifying each vehicle as one of 50
  • Launch Edition specialty options package, comprising a carbon fiber dashboard, glovebox, center console, door jamb trim, front spoiler and ducktail
  • 40 kWh battery
  • Additional Launch Edition-exclusive features, which the company says will be announced before production begins

“The Santarosa represents everything we’ve learned from creating vehicles that are as engaging as they are distinctive,” said Kasey Evans, Chief Executive Officer of Vanderhall, Inc. “The Launch Edition is our way of recognizing the passion and enthusiasm of our earliest supporters by creating something truly exclusive that celebrates the debut of this remarkable vehicle.”

How Will Reservations Be Allocated?

Vanderhall is releasing the 50 vehicles in stages rather than opening a general order book. Existing Santarosa reservation holders get the first opportunity to secure one of the vehicles, followed by the company’s authorized dealer network. Any remaining availability is expected to be released for public reservations by the end of August 2026.

The staged approach ties the limited run to the existing reservation list, meaning the number of Launch Edition vehicles reaching the open market will depend on conversion within that group and the dealer channel.

Pebble Beach Display Pairs Santarosa With Brawley

Both the Santarosa and the Brawley will be on display at Vanderhall’s Concours Village stand during Pebble Beach Automotive Week, running Thursday, August 13 through Sunday, August 16, 2026. The company says visitors can speak with product specialists and register interest in the Launch Edition on site.

Showing the two vehicles side by side puts Vanderhall’s on-road and off-road electric platforms in front of the same audience, with the Santarosa positioned as the newer of the two programs and the Launch Edition serving as its commercial entry point.
