- Lightweight Design: Weighs only 1,170kg due to advanced materials like Bcomp®, a sustainable alternative to carbon fiber.
- Phygital Premiere: Showcased at IAA Mobility 2025 and playable in Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 4 and 5.
- Aerodynamic Innovations: Features active aero diffuser, aero spoiler, and aero blade skirts for enhanced performance.
- Futuristic Interior: Includes a suspended driver’s seat, illuminated fabrics, and a sleek steering wheel with a head-up display.

Performance Redefined
The Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo is powered by dual 476hp electric motors, one per axle, delivering a combined 800hp and 800Nm of torque. With a single-speed transmission and permanent all-wheel drive, it achieves remarkable acceleration and stability. A boost function adds an extra 80hp for up to four seconds, recharging in four 20-second segments. Despite its 82kWh battery, the car’s lightweight 1,170kg frame ensures efficiency and agility.
Bold and Technical Design
Built on the STLA Small platform, the concept mirrors the standard Corsa’s footprint but boasts a lower, wider stance (4.19m x 1.87m x 1.4m). Its design reflects Vauxhall’s bold and pure philosophy, featuring sharp lines and a technical Vauxhall Compass spine. The front showcases a slim Vauxhall Vizor with an illuminated Griffin emblem, while the rear integrates a Compass signature braking light and bold VAUXHALL lettering. The color scheme—pearl white body, vivid yellow accents, and black aero elements—enhances its striking appearance.
Aerodynamic Excellence
The concept’s aerodynamic features ensure optimal performance. Aero blade skirts, wheelarch extensions, and aerodynamic alloy wheels reduce turbulence, while an active aero diffuser and spoiler adjust downforce dynamically. The spoiler doubles as an airbrake, and turn indicators are seamlessly integrated as slim edge lights. Bcomp® materials in black elements like the bonnet and spoiler offer lightweight strength with a lower environmental impact.

Minimalist Racing Interior
The cabin delivers a detoxed racing experience with a sleek steering wheel, a head-up display, and a suspended lightweight driver’s seat with six-point seatbelts. Illuminated fabrics on the dashboard and doors, using “painting with light” technology, alert drivers to nearby vehicles. A roll-cage ensures safety, aligning with Vauxhall’s motorsport heritage.
A Vision for the Future
The Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo blends Vauxhall’s motorsport legacy with the iconic Corsa nameplate, showcasing the potential of the GSE sub-brand. Its debut at IAA Mobility 2025 and integration into Gran Turismo 7 allow fans to experience its performance virtually and in person. This concept signals Vauxhall’s commitment to electrification and innovation, building on its history of producing electric vehicles at its Ellesmere Port plant and supporting initiatives like Electric Streets of Britain (www.electricstreets.co.uk).
