Las Vegas – VinFast and NXP Semiconductors have announced a collaboration at this year’s CES exposition. The partnership supports VinFast’s goal of developing smarter, cleaner, and more connected electric vehicles.
Under the collaboration, VinFast will leverage NXP’s processors, semiconductors, and sensors to develop new automotive projects. The companies will work together in the early stages of these projects, using NXP’s rich portfolio of system solutions for innovative applications. NXP will also share its robust partner ecosystem with VinFast, bringing its top-notch solutions to accelerate time-to-market.
In addition to working on new projects, the partnership will establish a joint, expert collaboration dedicated to developing solutions based on NXP’s renowned reference evaluation platforms and software layers. The goal of this collaboration is to design and build leading-edge electric vehicles.
As a member company of Vingroup, the largest conglomerate in Vietnam, the collaboration between VinFast and NXP will allow the group to leverage cross-over group connected benefits for its customers. Other companies in the group will also be able to use NXP’s smart solutions to advance their Smart City applications.
