XPENG, a leading Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has unveiled the first images of its next-generation P7 sports sedan, a sleek and innovative evolution of its flagship model. Designed by Chief Designer Rafik Ferrag, the All-New XPENG P7 blends cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI), athletic aesthetics, and advanced technology, positioning it as a standout in the global EV market.

The next-generation P7, previously codenamed E29, builds on the success of the original model launched in 2020. Ferrag, who also designed the first P7, described the new sedan as a “work of art, shaped with emotion and purpose.” Developed over five years, the 5-seater sedan combines luxury, performance, and AI-driven features, including XPENG’s advanced autonomous driving technology and intelligent cockpit software. CEO He Xiaopeng emphasized its role as a major technological leap, calling it “more than a car” but a vision for the future of mobility.
Since its debut, the P7 has been a benchmark for Chinese EV design, and this iteration aims to elevate XPENG’s global presence.
