TurnOnGreen, Inc. recently partnered with Boulder City, Nevada, to complete an electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure project for the city’s police department. The project, finalized on October 9, 2024, includes multiple Level 2 high-powered EV charging stations and a 120kW dual port DC Fast Charger. This initiative supports Boulder City’s shift towards sustainable fleet management by providing essential charging facilities for their police EV fleet.
Key Highlights:
- EV charging stations installed: Multiple Level 2 EVP1900 stations and an FSP1200 120kW DC Fast Charger.
- Charging capability: Level 2 chargers provide 45-55 miles of range per hour, while the DC Fast Charger adds 150 miles of range in 40 minutes.
- Remote management: Boulder City will leverage TurnOnGreen’s network subscription services to remotely manage chargers, track energy use, optimize routes, and monitor vehicle state of charge.
- Customized for municipal needs: The solution was tailored specifically for the daily demands of law enforcement fleet use.
