Bridgestone has been named the exclusive tire partner for Lamborghini’s latest hybrid high-performance electrified vehicle (HPEV), the Temerario. The company has custom-engineered three tire fitments, delivering top-tier performance on and off the track and in challenging winter conditions. These tires were developed using Bridgestone’s proprietary Virtual Tire Development (VTD) technology, which enhances sustainability and efficiency.

As Lamborghini’s long-term partner, Bridgestone has developed bespoke Potenza Sport and Potenza Race tires for the Temerario’s summer and track needs, along with a custom Blizzak LM005 tire for winter driving. These tires are designed to maximize the supercar’s performance across various conditions, making it a versatile choice for enthusiasts.
“After the Lamborghini Huracán STO, Tecnica, Sterrato, Huracán EVO and the V12 Hybrid HPEV Lamborghini Revuelto, the Temerario is the latest Lamborghini super sportscar to be equipped with bespoke Bridgestone tires as original equipment,” said Steven De Bock, Vice President Original Equipment at Bridgestone EMEA. “Its twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain with three electric motors makes the Temerario part of a new generation of Hybrid HPEVs offering class-beating performance. Bridgestone’s Potenza tires, known for their motorsports legacy, provide optimal grip, handling, and high-speed performance. The Potenza Sport fitment also includes a Run-Flat option, allowing drivers to maintain control even after a puncture. For track enthusiasts, the Potenza Race tire offers excellent grip and durability, while the Blizzak LM005 winter tire ensures top performance in extreme winter conditions.
Developed at Bridgestone’s R&D Center in Italy, the tires for the Lamborghini Temerario utilize Virtual Tire Development technology, reducing the need for physical prototypes and lowering CO2 emissions. The technology also shortens development time by up to 50%, contributing to greater sustainability.
The Lamborghini Temerario, set for a 2025 launch, will feature Bridgestone tires in eight different dimensions across 20″ and 21″ sizes, all manufactured in Europe.
