Colliers Partners with EnviroSpark for EV Charging

Colliers and EnviroSpark have partnered to deploy EV charging infrastructure across commercial properties, offering flexible ownership models and leveraging EnviroSpark's 10,000-port installation track record.

Colliers has announced a strategic partnership with EnviroSpark to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure across its managed commercial properties. The collaboration pairs Colliers’ extensive real estate portfolio with EnviroSpark’s turnkey EV charging design, installation, and operation capabilities.

Highlights

  • Colliers and EnviroSpark will deploy tailored EV charging solutions across office, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide.
  • The partnership offers multiple ownership models, from turnkey installations to client-owned systems.
  • EnviroSpark operates over 2,500 plugs on its network with an additional 1,000 contracted and coming online.
  • The company has installed more than 10,000 charging ports across 40 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces.

Partnership Scope and Flexibility

EnviroSpark will provide charging solutions customized to the specific requirements of each Colliers-managed property. Colliers professionals will collaborate with EnviroSpark to develop deployment strategies optimized for individual assets.

The agreement provides Colliers access to EnviroSpark’s full range of ownership models. This flexibility allows property owners to select approaches that align with their investment strategies and operational preferences.

“This partnership is a natural extension of our sustainability strategy,” said Karen Whitt, President of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers U.S. “We’re focused on future-proofing the properties we manage as well as delivering meaningful value to our clients and communities.”
