Curo and Monta have announced a new partnership to address electric vehicle charger underutilization. The collaboration integrates Curo’s Virtual Depot platform with Monta’s extensive EV charging network, aiming to provide reliable charging access for fleets and increase revenue opportunities for charger operators.

A Strategic Integration for Fleet Mobility
To combat the challenge of idle charging infrastructure, this new integration connects fleets directly with available chargers. Fleets utilizing Curo can now locate and charge at Monta-powered sites, streamlining their operations. Simultaneously, operators on the Monta platform benefit from direct access to high-volume fleet demand, which helps increase charger usage and unlock new revenue streams.
Kieran White, CEO and Co-Founder of Curo, stated that the company’s Virtual Depot model depends on reliable partners like Monta. He noted the joint effort gives fleets the ability to scale and distribute faster while offering operators a quicker path to profitability.
According to Casper Rasmussen, CEO of Monta, the partnership helps operators monetize idle chargers and enables fleets to electrify more rapidly without the cost of building new infrastructure. He added that the collaboration exemplifies how smart partnerships can accelerate both revenue growth and sustainability.
