3V Infrastructure, a prominent investor in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, has teamed up with Bridge Investment Group, a leading alternative investment manager, to bring EV charging solutions to Bridge’s multifamily properties throughout the United States. This partnership seeks to meet the rising need for convenient at-home charging options, especially in multifamily settings where such access has been scarce.

By leveraging 3V’s innovative no-cost model, the initiative allows property owners to install and maintain EV charging stations without financial strain, boosting property appeal and resident convenience. SitelogIQ will manage the engineering, procurement, and construction aspects, with the project spanning properties across 17 states and an initial focus on nearly 100 sites.

Key Highlights:

  • No-cost solution enables property owners to offer EV charging infrastructure without upfront costs.
  • Expansion targets multifamily properties across 17 states, enhancing nationwide access.
  • Initial phase prioritizes deployment at close to 100 sites.
  • Collaboration between 3V Infrastructure, Bridge Investment Group, and SitelogIQ drives execution.

As electric vehicle adoption surges, the demand for accessible charging infrastructure intensifies. Multifamily properties have often faced challenges in providing this amenity due to significant installation costs and management complexities. 3V Infrastructure tackles these barriers by fully funding and operating the charging stations, relieving property owners of both financial and operational responsibilities. This approach not only makes EV charging more accessible to residents but also elevates property value, aligning with modern sustainability goals.

Aubrey Gunnels, CEO of 3V Infrastructure, highlighted the partnership’s impact: “For millions of Americans living in multifamily communities, access to at-home EV charging remains out of reach. 3V is thrilled to partner with Bridge and SitelogIQ to solve this challenge.” Meanwhile, Matt DeGraw, CEO at Bridge Property Management, noted, “This partnership represents a win-win for our residents and our properties over the long-term,” emphasizing the sustainability and value benefits. Clark Longhurst of SitelogIQ added, “3V Infrastructure’s novel funding structure is a game changer for the industry.”

Backed by Greenbacker Capital Management, 3V Infrastructure focuses on scaling EV charging access nationwide. Bridge Investment Group manages around $50 billion in assets, while SitelogIQ brings expertise in energy efficiency solutions. Together, they are transforming multifamily living with sustainable, resident-focused amenities.
