Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID) has announced significant updates for the 2025 model year, making the Lucid Air Pure the most efficient electric vehicle on the market. With an EPA-estimated range of 420 miles and achieving 5.0 miles per kilowatt-hour (kWh), the new model sets a benchmark in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Record-Breaking Energy Efficiency
The 2025 Lucid Air Pure stands out as the most energy-efficient vehicle, achieving 5.0 miles per kWh. This remarkable efficiency translates to 420 miles of EPA-estimated range from an 84 kWh battery pack, marking a significant milestone in sustainable transportation.
This exceptional efficiency means that the Lucid Air Pure requires less electrical energy for any journey, reducing the size of costly battery packs and enabling more vehicles to be produced from the same amount of raw materials. Additionally, the smaller battery pack reduces the demands on public power grids and allows for quicker recharging on road trips.
Range in All Conditions
The Lucid Air lineup excels in providing outstanding range even in cold conditions, thanks to the inclusion of a high-performance heat pump. Initially introduced in the Air Sapphire, this ultra-compact heat pump is now standard across all models, including the Air Grand Touring.
Enhanced Digital Performance
Every new 2025 Lucid Air model features next-generation control hardware, offering triple the processing power and double the memory compared to previous versions. This results in a significantly enhanced in-car infotainment experience.
All models, from Air Pure to Air Grand Touring, now come standard with Lucid’s DreamDrive Premium ADAS, including features such as 3D Surround View Monitoring and live Blind Spot Display.
The Air Grand Touring models also benefit from the advanced SurrealSound Pro sound system, now standard for an enriched in-car entertainment experience.

- Grand Touring: With an EPA-estimated 512 miles of range, the 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring remains the range leader. Priced from $110,900.
- Touring: Ideal for all-around performance, offering up to 406 miles of EPA-estimated range. Priced from $78,900.
- Pure: The most efficient and sustainable vehicle with 420 miles of EPA-estimated range. Priced from $69,900.
