A Legacy of Performance

This year’s triumph builds on Polestar’s consistent performance in the Mille Miglia Green. The brand previously achieved a second-place finish in 2019 with the Polestar 1 hybrid GT and again in 2023 with the all-electric Polestar 2. The 2024 race saw the Polestar 2 Long range Single motor claim the top spot, a title the Polestar 4 has now successfully defended.

To celebrate its participation, Polestar introduced the ‘Collezione Mille’, a set of bespoke racing liveries for its competing models. These designs paid a modern homage to Italy’s rich racing history, featuring large decals of the numbers 2, 3, and 4 in the colors of the Italian flag.

A Modern Take on a Classic Race

The Mille Miglia Green honors the pioneering spirit of the historic race by running alternative fuel vehicles on the same routes as the classic cars. This parallel competition brings a sustainable focus to the world-renowned event.

Winning driver Mirco Magni shared his enthusiasm for the race, saying, “Every time feels like the first. The Mille Miglia gets under your skin like no other race in the world. Whether you’re driving a 100-year-old car or one built for the future, it makes little difference — it’s still an unforgettable adventure.”

In addition to the winning Polestar 4, the Polestar 3 finished in fifth place, and the Polestar 2 secured sixth place, demonstrating the strong performance of the entire model lineup.
