Polestar made a striking impression at the Goodwood Festival of Speed with the global debut of its Polestar Concept BST. The event also showcased the expanded Polestar lineup, including the new Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 electric SUVs, alongside the Polestar 2 and Polestar 6 Concept.

Key Highlights:

  • Polestar Concept BST: Debuts globally with bespoke bodywork, classic motorsport silver finish, and advanced aerodynamic design.
  • Polestar 6 Concept: Demonstrated on the 1.2-mile hill climb, showcasing Polestar’s performance architecture.
  • Expanded Lineup: Polestar 2, Polestar 3, and Polestar 4 featured prominently, highlighting the brand’s growth.
  • Consumer Experience: Test drives of Polestar models available at the festival, with Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 ready for order.

Polestar’s CEO, Thomas Ingenlath, emphasized the significance of the event, stating, “Now we are a brand with three models in production it’s great to see them here together for the first time at a global event. Goodwood Festival of Speed is full of the most exciting cars and the most enthusiastic crowds, so it’s the perfect place for us to tease our Polestar Concept BST. This car is a demonstration of how far we can push our performance brand – Polestar turned up to 11 if you will – and a demonstration of how we could apply the BST formula to our line up in the future.”

The Polestar Concept BST features bespoke bodywork, finished in classic motorsport silver, with muscular flared arches, an extra-wide track, and 22-inch forged alloy wheels. The car’s aerodynamically optimized bonnet includes a unique vented design, complemented by an aggressive front splitter. The rear design continues the motorsport theme with an extreme rear wing and bespoke racing-livery inspired graphics.

Polestar 6

The Polestar 6 Concept, situated in the first glance paddock, showcased its performance by driving up the 1.2-mile hill climb in front of festival crowds. Engineered alongside the Polestar 5, it uses the bespoke bonded aluminum Polestar Performance Architecture (PPA) platform, representing the pinnacle of Polestar’s current lineup.

On the main Polestar stand, the Polestar Concept BST is accompanied by the Polestar 2, and the two new luxury electric performance SUVs Polestar 3 and Polestar 4. Electric Avenue hosts the Polestar 4, offering consumers the opportunity to experience Polestar models firsthand with test drives along Molecomb Drive within the Goodwood estate by signing up at the stand.

Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 are available to order, with test drives of Polestar 3 underway and Polestar 4 slots starting shortly. More information can be found at Polestar Test Drive Booking.
