U Power Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pattaya AI Terminal Co., Ltd. to develop green logistics and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in Thailand. This strategic move aims to enhance the commercial logistics and passenger transportation markets in Thailand through innovative EV solutions and battery-swapping technology.

- Joint Venture: Combining Pattaya AI’s logistical solutions with U Power’s battery-swapping technology to provide electrified solutions.
