U Power Limited, a prominent vehicle sourcing services provider aiming to become a leading EV battery power solution provider in China, announces the commercial launch of its innovative battery-swapping system for electric vehicles (EVs) in Wuhu, Anhui Province. Scheduled for April 2024, this launch marks a significant milestone following a successful market validation phase in February. The battery-swapping model relies on uniform battery cells and packaging for streamlined operations. Customers can easily swap their EV batteries using a mobile phone for identity verification at the battery-swapping station (BSS), enhancing the user experience through simplicity and convenience.
