Windrose Technology is offering three months of unlimited charging on Greenlane Infrastructure’s network with each qualifying Windrose Global E700 Class 8 electric truck purchase. The incentive targets the total cost of ownership gap between electric and diesel trucks while giving fleets immediate access to high-power charging infrastructure.
Highlights
- Windrose Global E700 buyers receive three months of unlimited charging on Greenlane’s network, including access to the Greenlane Edge subscription service and 24/7 support.
- Charging stations cover key freight corridors including I-10 between California and Arizona and I-15 to Las Vegas.
- The Global E700 achieved 772 kW peak charging and over 400 miles of range during pilot runs while carrying approximately 74,000 pounds.
- Preferred rates are available for fleet pilot programs to reduce upfront infrastructure investment.
Program Details and Fleet Access
Customers activate their charging credit through a dedicated portal. Once onboarded, fleets gain access to Greenlane’s high-power chargers, advanced reservation tools, fleet management capabilities, and round-the-clock support.
The charging credit applies across Greenlane stations on the I-10 and I-15 corridors. This eliminates the need for new site development or utility interconnection during initial deployment.
“Total cost of entry is the biggest decision factor for fleet operators when they are thinking about electrification,” said Patrick Macdonald-King, CEO of Greenlane. “Windrose’s offer to integrate charging infrastructure directly into the vehicle purchase eliminates some of the guesswork and upfront costs that have historically slowed adoption.”
Validated Performance on Long-Haul Routes
The partnership builds on successful pilot runs between Greenlane’s charging hub in Colton, California, and Phoenix, Arizona, as well as routes to Las Vegas on the I-15 corridor.
During testing, the Global E700 demonstrated the following performance metrics:
- Peak charging rate: 772 kW
- Range per charge: Over 400 miles
- Payload during testing: Approximately 74,000 pounds
- Route completion: Single charge per corridor
With Greenlane’s planned charging sites in Phoenix and Las Vegas, both corridors can support fully operational electric freight service.
