Alpine A290 Rallye: Electric Performance Unleashed

Engineered for Rally Excellence

The A290 Rallye boasts a 220 hp electric motor delivering 300 Nm of torque to the front axle, enhanced by a ZF limited-slip differential and an optimized gearbox. Its 52 kWh battery ensures robust performance, monitored by advanced electrical systems. The braking system includes 6-piston monoblock callipers on 350 mm front discs and single-piston callipers on 280 mm rear discs, complemented by a race-specific ABS and hydraulic handbrake.

Chassis and Design

Built on the standard A290 chassis, the Rallye version features a FIA-compliant roll cage and Sabelt bucket seats for safety. The suspension, fitted with ALP Racing Suspension shock absorbers, is paired with 8×18-inch EVO Corse wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport A tires, ensuring agility on diverse terrains. A unique sound system mimics traditional rally engine noise, enhancing the driver and spectator experience.

Racing and Support

The A290 Rallye will compete in a 2025 French rally challenge, supported by Alpine’s technical and sporting expertise. Competitors will benefit from an Alpine-themed paddock with eco-friendly recharging infrastructure. The car is also eligible for local competitions, offering versatility. Following its Goodwood debut, it will appear at the Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine from September 4-6, 2025.
