Erin Crossley, design director at Cadillac, states, “SOLLEI reimagines the discovery of travel, envisioning a personalized driving experience that connects one with the natural world around them.”

Cadillac introduces Fine Mycelium™ by MycoWorks, a revolutionary bio-based material, in the SOLLEI’s charging mats and door map pockets, reflecting Cadillac’s commitment to sustainable luxury.

Exterior Excellence

The SOLLEI’s exterior features bold proportions, a low, elongated body, and a wide stance. Its sleek design includes a discrete button for door handles, maintaining a clean profile. The vehicle’s exterior is finished in “Manila Cream,” a color revived from Cadillacs of the 1950s and hand-painted by craftsmen.

Interior Artistry

Inside, the SOLLEI continues Cadillac’s “art of travel” philosophy with features like a beverage chiller and illuminated décor. The interior is adorned with unstained wood veneers and marquetry techniques, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The windshield is framed in milled brushed aluminum, maintaining the use of natural materials.

Personalization and Nature Connection

Cadillac emphasizes personalization with ambient lighting offering 126 color options. The SOLLEI caters to bird-watching enthusiasts with custom accessories, including bird calls and a leather-bound journal.

Celestial and Optimistic Design

The SOLLEI celebrates travel with unique sun-themed features:

  • Sunburst-themed lighting and seat patterns
  • Pink iridescent leather with a color-changing effect
  • MycoWorks’ bio-based materials with an iridescent finish
  • Convertible roof fabric named “Daybreak”

A Vision of Modern Design

Unveiled at Cadillac House at Vanderbilt, the SOLLEI concept marks a new chapter in Cadillac’s legacy of bespoke luxury. This state-of-the-art facility at GM’s Global Technical Center in Michigan highlights Cadillac’s commitment to offering a bespoke design experience for CELESTIQ clients.
