Starting September 11, 2024, customers can place orders and even reserve their spot as one of the first 50 owners in the country. CUPRA’s all-electric Tavascan will be available for order in the UK starting September 11, 2024. Customers eager to be among the first to drive this new model can reserve their vehicle now with a refundable £99 deposit, securing priority for one of the first 50 units available in the country.
The Tavascan will launch with a comprehensive retail campaign, offering a £3,000 deposit contribution and 1% APR financing over 48 months. Customers will also have the choice between a complimentary Ohme charger or a £700 charging voucher. Additionally, CUPRA’s eCare2 service plan is available for just £49.
This all-electric SUV coupe combines electrification with performance, offering two power outputs: 286PS and 340PS. The 340PS version features dual-motor all-wheel drive, delivering 250kW (340PS) of power. The Tavascan can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 6.8 seconds, with a top speed of 112 mph. Its 77kWh battery provides a range of up to 352 miles and supports both AC and DC fast charging.
The Tavascan’s design is equally impressive, featuring a bold, athletic look with signature details like three-triangle eye headlamps and a “shark nose” front. Marcus Gossen, Director of SEAT and CUPRA UK, expressed excitement about bringing the Tavascan to UK roads, emphasizing the significance of this launch in CUPRA’s electrification journey.
