This service integrates software, maintenance, and Level II charging hardware into a simplified monthly subscription model. The initiative is aimed at removing the operational hurdles of transitioning to electric fleets by offering an accessible, all-in-one solution.

- All-Inclusive Subscription: For a monthly fee of $59.99 per charger, customers gain access to EO’s comprehensive charging solution, which includes the EO Genius 19.2kW commercial grade charging station along with full operational and maintenance support.
- EO Cloud Integration: Users benefit from the advanced EO Cloud charge management platform, featuring 24/7 monitoring and remote troubleshooting capabilities.
- High Reliability: The integrated services have achieved a reliability rate of over 99% across EO’s global operations.
- Lifecycle Service Support: EO Charging manages all aspects of charger functionality from installation to ongoing optimization, backed by a standard five-year warranty.
- Commitment Requirements: The Genius Fleet service requires a five-year commitment from customers but does not include the costs for installation, data connectivity, or taxes.
