The collaboration between Hispano Suiza and Michelin reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship and engineering excellence. For the Carmen Sagrera, both companies worked closely to develop a specific version of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyre, precisely tuned to the hypercar’s performance demands. The front tyres measure 265/30 ZR19, while the rears are 305/30 ZR20—each designed to handle the immense torque and power of the all-electric drivetrain.
Beyond performance, the tyres feature unique aesthetic touches inspired by Hispano Suiza’s heritage. The sidewalls incorporate motifs of the brand’s stork emblem and designs inspired by the mosaics of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, celebrating the company’s Barcelona roots. Michelin’s Velvet Touch technology adds a luxurious texture to the sidewalls, further underlining the vehicle’s bespoke nature.
“Tyres are a key component in any vehicle, but even more so in a hypercar with the performance capabilities of the Carmen Sagrera, with 1,114 hp and 1,160 Nm of torque,” said Sergio Martínez Campos, CEO of Hispano Suiza. “Thanks to Michelin, our customers can enjoy the magnificent dynamic capabilities across our entire range, both on the track and on the road.”

Lorenzo Giovanelli, Director of Original Equipment for Specialized Manufacturers at Michelin, added: “We are delighted to renew our historic partnership with Hispano Suiza through the Carmen Sagrera, a 100% electric hypercar that embodies both innovation and tradition. The combination of optimal performance and exclusive design elements pays tribute to Hispano Suiza’s unique heritage.”
The partnership between the two brands stretches back nearly a century, when Hispano Suiza’s 1920s and 1930s performance cars were equipped with Michelin tyres. Today, the relationship continues across Hispano Suiza’s entire vehicle lineup and global events such as Monterey Car Week and the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
With the Carmen Sagrera, Hispano Suiza redefines the Gentleman Driver concept, setting a new design direction for the brand’s future. Together, Hispano Suiza and Michelin exemplify how innovation and heritage can coexist to push the boundaries of electric performance and luxury.
