Volvo Car USA has received EPA certification confirming the 2027 EX60 P10 AWD can travel up to 330 miles on a single charge, exceeding the company’s earlier estimate for the model. The certification arrives as Volvo prepares for customer deliveries of the electric SUV, which debuted earlier this year and opened U.S. order books in May. Built on Volvo’s new SPA3 architecture, the EX60 is the automaker’s first vehicle with an 800-volt electrical system designed to enable faster DC fast charging. Volvo positions the EX60 in the midsize electric SUV segment, which the company describes as the largest and fastest-growing category in the EV market.

The 330-mile rating on the P10 AWD is, according to the company, the longest electric range of any Volvo sold in the U.S. market to date. Volvo notes actual range will vary with driving conditions, vehicle maintenance, and battery condition.
Fast Charging and Native NACS Access
The EX60 is the first vehicle built on Volvo’s SPA3 architecture, which uses an 800-volt electrical system to support faster charging. On the P10 AWD, Volvo says the vehicle can add up to 165 miles of range in 10 minutes on a suitable DC fast charger.
The EX60 is also the first Volvo equipped with a native North American Charging Standard (NACS) port, giving owners adapter-free access to more than 29,000 Tesla Supercharger stations in the U.S. and Canada.
