Bollinger Motors has officially announced the MSRP for its 2025 Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, setting the price at $158,758. This all-electric Class 4 commercial truck is designed with fleet input and is eligible for federal and state incentives that could exceed $100,000. Bollinger began production in mid-September 2024, with deliveries expected to start in October. Additionally, the vehicle qualifies for tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other incentive programs, making it an attractive option for fleet electrification.

Bollinger’s unique chassis design for the B4 includes a robust 158-kWh battery pack, built for durability and safety in the commercial market. The B4 can also be customized with dealer accessories and options tailored to specific fleet needs, enhancing its versatility.
Bollinger Motors continues to solidify its presence in the electric vehicle industry, receiving several key certifications. These include IRS approval as a qualified manufacturer under the Inflation Reduction Act and CARB certification for California’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP). Combined, these incentives offer significant cost savings for potential customers, making the transition to electric fleets more accessible.
Founded in 2015 and now majority-owned by Mullen Automotive, Bollinger Motors is headquartered in Oak Park, Michigan, and is expanding its lineup with plans for a Class 5 commercial truck in 2025.
